REFUNDS:

Upon delivery, all product orders will be inspected by client.  Upon approval, client will sign off on delivery and the sale will be complete.  At this point, all sales are final.

Damage incurred due to improper handling after delivery and sign-off, is the responsibility of the client.  Products can be delicate, so please exercise caution during mounting and hanging.

Rambling Hound Photography does not offer refunds on an item wherein, after the final sales agreement has been signed, there is a change of mind or the item has been improperly selected by client.

SECURITY:

All personal information provided by the client online or via email (ie: during booking), is securely protected and will never be released or shared with anyone outside of our photographer/client relationship, unless required by law.
